Wednesday: Tuna Fish Sandwiches
Thursday: Quiche
Friday: My mother in law will be visiting, and I'm hoping she'll teach me to make Shrimp Etouffee (the recipe is a link for crawfish etoufee, but we're not making that.)
Saturday: Biscuits and Gravy, Homemade Pizza
