Frozen Herbs

First up in my testing of popular Pinterest pins is this one,(The Gardener's Eden) where you freeze fresh herbs in either water or oil. I can attest that these are the very freshest herbs, as I picked them from my garden this morning.

They should be frozen sometime tomorrow. I'll post another picture then.

So, I've frozen my herbs, and I wanted to come back and share the results with you. I think it was a success. I'm loading 2 pictures. One is of the frozen tray of herbs, and the second is showing I divided them out for storage in the freezer. It was incredibly easy to grab a cube or two to throw in the jambalaya we had the other night and actually added a fantastic flavor. Over all, this pin was a success!
