I just got off the phone with my realtor friend. Our loan was sent to underwriting (which apparently they don't do if there's any sort of problem). We are yet one more step on the road to being homeowners. It's moving so fast (and yet, ironically, so slow) that it feels like a dream. Is this REALLY happening?
Oh wait.... that's the lack of sleep talking. LOL
