Easter has come and gone.

So many wonderful pictures. We got a family picture taken Easter sunday. We have a picture of Daddy and his two girls. There's a picture of Gracie's first Easter egg hunt. She didn't quite get that you find the eggs, then put them in the basket. LOL My Momma made the little shamrock dress for Becca's first birthday. I was glad to see that Gracie could wear it. I also wanted to include a picture of Becca. Dale took that picture, and I think he did a very good job. I love that one. :)

I had a lot of fun, so I want to share more pictures.

I LOVE the beach!

Dale and I had a chance to attend a marriage retreat at St. Simons Island, Georgia, courtesy of the Army Chaplain Service. We, well, at least I fell in love with the place. There are these HUGE oak trees that are just covered in spanish moss. The beach was so nice. It wasn't too crowded. It was wonderful to just sit and watch the ocean. It was relaxing. Some of the fun points of our trip: there is a lighthouse that we climbed (all 129 steps), and we also found all 5 "tree spirits." These carvings in trees all over the island. It was so much fun to just be together and not worry about things. I think Dale was joking, but I wasn't. I would really like to move there.
